Bulk Foods
We have a large bulk section of dried fruits, nuts, grains, flour, beans, herbs, and spices. You'll also find black walnuts, pecans, rice, popcorn, and cornmeal from local Missouri farms.

Our store is set up differently than other health food stores. On our food side you will find a large variety in our bulk bin section. Customers may buy any amount they wish by scooping the desired amount from the bin, then paying based on the weight of the amount chosen. This allows you to save money and waste less than purchasing pre-packaged amounts would. Should you buy a little or a lot, either way you'll save.

In our grocery sections you will find a large selection of gluten-free foods and flours. We have a variety of refrigerated goods including nutbutters, drinks, cheeses, yogurt, and more. Our freezers hold local grass-fed free range beef, breads, tortillas, dairy-free ice cream, etc. The shelves hold a large variety of herbal teas, snack, protein, and meal bars, fruit juices and concentrates, raw apple cider vinegar, locally produced Missouri honey, and more.

Our beauty care and daily hygiene section features chemical and toxin free body washes, lotions, soaps, deodorants, oils, mineral make-up, toothpastes, facial care products, and more. Some of our selection of deodorants and soaps are locally hand crafted and all of our mineral make-up is produced right here in Missouri.
